To help us to do this, we’ll need to ask you questions about your income, expenditure, assets (the things you own), liabilities (where you owe money) and your family circumstances. In addition, we’d also discuss your plans for the future and financial objectives as well as your ‘risk profile’, which means whether you like to take a gamble on things or not!
Once we’ve collated this information, we should be able to recommend some suitable product solutions which would always be confirmed by a report detailing why we feel as though the chosen mortgage or insurance is suitable for your needs.
As we said previously, the way in which we work is rarely on a face-to-face basis nowadays, and virtually all our business is conducted via the telephone, internet, email and post. In todays hectic lifestyle, this seems to suit a lot of people, but we also recognise that some people still would like to have a sit down meeting with their broker. If that’s the case, then we’re not for you unfortunately, as although we definitely don’t have anything to hide, the economics of the transaction means that we simply couldn’t afford to do it.
